Wealth University

Terms of Service

The terms for using Wealth University's websites, free community, events, memberships and programmes, including Wealth Hackers. Last updated 26 October 2026.

These terms are a contract between you and Wealth University. Please read them before you register, join or buy. By using our services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Wealth University provides education only. Nothing we publish, teach or say is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not manage money or make investment decisions for anyone. Any decision you make is yours.

1. Who we are

Wealth University ("we", "us", "our")
Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH, United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you join our partner programme, our Partner Terms also apply.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to our websites (including wealthuniversity.org, online.wealthuniversity.org, wealthgoingglobal.com and wealthaccelerator.ai), our free Wealth University community, our webinars, workshops and the Wealth Summit, our paid memberships and programmes (including Wealth Hackers and the Wealth Accelerator), our calls, and our tools, workbooks and calculators (together, our "services").

Some services have extra terms shown at sign-up or checkout, such as the price, what is included and event dates. Those extra terms form part of this contract. If they conflict with these terms, the extra terms apply for that service.

Private Wealth Global services are offered separately, by application, under their own agreement.

3. Education, not advice

  • Our services are general education about wealth, investing and planning. They do not take your personal circumstances into account and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
  • We are not acting as your financial adviser, investment manager, broker, tax adviser or lawyer.
  • Investing involves risk. You can lose money. Past performance and examples are not a guide to future results. We make no promises about income, returns or how long anything will take.
  • Before you make a financial decision, consider getting advice from a professional who is authorised where you live and who knows your situation.
  • Speakers, guests and community members share their own views. They are not speaking for us unless we say so.

4. Who can use our services

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. You must give us accurate information and use our services only for your own learning, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Your account

Some services need an account, for example our community, member portal or partner portal. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts are personal: please do not share your login or your membership with anyone else.

  • Price and what is included are shown on the sales page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
  • Payment is taken by our payment provider (such as Stripe) when you buy.
  • Subscriptions (such as Wealth Hackers monthly or annual) renew automatically at the end of each period, and we take the payment for the next period, until you cancel. We will remind you before an annual renewal.
  • Price changes: if we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
  • What is included may change over time as we improve our programmes. We will not take away the main thing you paid for during a period you have already paid for.
  • The contract starts when we confirm your purchase by email.

7. Cancelling and refunds

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account where available. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your right to change your mind (UK and EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and get a full refund. Because our memberships give you immediate access to digital content and services, at checkout we ask you to agree that access starts straight away. If you start using the digital content during those 14 days, you lose the right to cancel for the digital content. For a service, if you cancel within 14 days, we may keep a fair amount for what you have already received.

South African consumers

If you are a consumer in South Africa, you have the rights the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act give you, including, where they apply, the right to cancel within seven days of an online purchase.

Event tickets

Paid event tickets (such as Wealth Summit and VIP tickets) are for the date stated. If we cancel or move an event, you can choose a full refund or a place at the new date. Other refund terms for an event are shown when you buy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Events and recordings

  • Dates, times and speakers may change. We will tell you as soon as we can.
  • We record many events and calls, and we may use AI tools to take notes. Group recordings may be shared with members. If you speak or turn on your camera, you may appear in a recording. See our Privacy Policy for more.
  • We only call an event "live" when it is live. Replays are labelled as replays.
  • Please do not record, copy or share our events or materials yourself.

9. Community rules

Our communities work because members respect each other. When you use them, you must not:

  • give or ask for personal financial advice, or promote, sell or solicit any investment, product or service;
  • make claims about income, returns or guaranteed results;
  • post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • share other members' personal information or private messages without their permission;
  • spam, recruit for other schemes, or contact members to sell to them;
  • share your login or let anyone else use your membership.

We may remove content and suspend or end access if these rules are broken.

10. Our content and your content

Our content. Our courses, recordings, workbooks, tools, templates, logos and brand names belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may use them for your own personal learning. You must not copy, resell, share, publish or use them to train AI models or build competing products without our written permission.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, worldwide licence to host, show and use it to run our services, including in replays and inside the community. Please only post what you have the right to share. We will not use your name, image or story in our marketing without asking you first.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

11. Other services and links

We use other companies to deliver our services, such as Skool, Zoom, YouTube, Stripe and HighLevel. Their terms may also apply when you use them. We may link to other websites and resources; we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not a recommendation.

12. Our responsibility to you

  • We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that our websites or platforms will always be available or free of errors.
  • We are not responsible for any financial decision you make, or for any loss from an investment, whether or not it was discussed in our education.
  • We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, for business losses (such as lost profit or opportunity) if you use our services for business purposes, or for events outside our reasonable control.
  • Apart from the above, if we are responsible for a loss, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

13. Ending or suspending access

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or put other members or our business at risk. If we end a paid membership without a good reason under these terms, we will refund any amount you have paid for the period you will no longer receive. We may also stop offering a service; if so, we will give you reasonable notice and a fair refund for any part you have paid for and will not receive.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or the law. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects a paid membership, we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. If we cannot agree, the courts of England and Wales can deal with the dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. Nobody else has rights under these terms.
