Wealth University Partner Programme

Partner Terms

The agreement between you and Wealth University when you join the Partner Programme: how you share, how commission works and the rules that keep everyone safe. Last updated 26 October 2026.

The Partner Programme is free and open to anyone who agrees to these terms. When you sign up and tick the box on the partner form, you accept these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

The short version: you invite and introduce; Wealth University educates. You never give advice, and you never make income or return claims.

1. Who we are

Wealth University ("we", "us", "our")
Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH, United Kingdom
Email: [email protected]

2. Joining

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
  • When you sign up, you get immediate access to the partner portal and your personal links.
  • One account per person. You may not create accounts for other people or use false names.
  • We may decline or close an account that breaks these terms or puts our members or reputation at risk.

3. Your role

Partners invite people to Wealth University's free community, events and memberships, and introduce people to our team. Today that means:

  • the free Wealth University community;
  • Wealth Hackers;
  • the Wealth Summit;
  • our Tuesday Wealth Movement webinars and other events we add to your portal;
  • a Discovery call with our team, by booking link or email introduction.

Use only the links and campaigns shown in your partner portal. We may add or remove campaigns at any time.

4. The partner rules

You must:

  • Never give advice. Do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or recommend any investment, product or provider, in connection with Wealth University.
  • Never make claims. Do not promise or suggest income, returns, guaranteed results, "safe" investments or how quickly anyone will build wealth. Do not use your own or anyone else's results to sell.
  • Describe us accurately. Wealth University provides education only. Use the descriptions and messages in the partner resources, or say it in your own words without adding claims.
  • Be open about commission. If someone asks, or if the law where you share requires it, say that you may earn a commission. On social media, mark posts as an ad or affiliate post where the platform or the law requires it.
  • Never pretend to be us. Do not present yourself as a Wealth University employee, coach or representative, or create pages, profiles, emails or domains that look like ours.
  • Never sell Private Wealth Global. Do not quote prices or promise outcomes for Private Wealth Global. The only route is a Discovery call.
  • Keep within the law, including advertising, consumer and data protection law where you and the people you contact are.

If you hold a financial services licence or work for a regulated firm, you are responsible for checking that taking part is allowed by your regulator and employer, and you must keep your regulated activity separate from the Partner Programme.

5. If someone asks for advice

Say something like: "I'm not able to give advice. Wealth University is education, and their team can help you understand your options. I can introduce you or send you the link." Then invite or introduce them, and leave the rest to us.

6. How you may share

Allowed:

  • sharing your links with people you know, in your own network, newsletter, community or event, where they would expect to hear from you;
  • posting on your own social media profiles, in line with the rules above;
  • introducing someone to our team by email, with their permission.

Not allowed:

  • spam, bought or scraped contact lists, or unsolicited bulk messages, texts, WhatsApp messages or cold calls;
  • paid adverts that use "Wealth University", "Wealth Hackers", "Wealth Summit", "Private Wealth Global" or our names in the advert or as search keywords, unless we agree in writing;
  • buying your own membership through your link, or using family or fake accounts to earn commission;
  • cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentives such as cash-back for signing up, or anything else that credits you for a sale you did not genuinely introduce;
  • posting your links in our own communities, groups or event chats.

7. Commission

CampaignCommission
Wealth Hackers20% of every payment, for as long as the member stays (monthly or annual)
Wealth Summit20% of Summit and VIP ticket sales
Free Wealth University community and webinars20% of eligible purchases the person makes later, within the tracking period
Discovery callTracking only: no payment for the booking itself. If the person later buys an eligible product, the sale is credited to you under the tracking rules
  • Commission is calculated on the amount we actually receive, after any refund, discount, chargeback and sales tax.
  • The rates, products and campaigns that apply are those shown in your partner portal at the time of the sale. The portal is the record.
  • Commission on Private Wealth Global, if any, is only payable where we have confirmed it in writing.
  • If a sale is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from future commission.
  • No commission is payable for sales that break these terms, for your own purchases, or for leads with no sale unless your portal shows a per-lead payment.

8. Tracking

  • When someone clicks your link, a cookie records your partner ID for 365 days. If they buy an eligible product in that time, the sale is credited to you.
  • If someone clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click before the purchase is credited.
  • Tracking needs cookies. If the person blocks cookies, uses another device or browser, or comes to us without your link, we may not be able to credit you. We will look into any question you raise in good faith, but our tracking records are final.

9. Payment

  • Commission is paid in US dollars, Net-15: approved commission is paid 15 days after the end of the month in which it is approved.
  • Commission is approved once the refund period for the sale has passed.
  • You must give us accurate payout and tax details in the portal. We cannot pay until you have.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, and for any VAT or registration you need where you live. Our payment is the total amount due; if you are VAT registered, tell us and we will agree how to handle it.
  • Bank or transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

10. Our brand and materials

While you are a partner, you may use our names, logos, images and the messages in the partner resources to share our events and memberships, as long as you do not change them in a way that adds claims or makes them misleading. You may not register domains, social handles or business names that include our names. We may ask you to change or remove any content that mentions us, and you must do so within 48 hours.

11. Personal information

  • Only share someone's details with us, or introduce them, when they have agreed to it.
  • The information you see about referrals in your portal is for checking commission only. Do not use it to market to people, and do not share it.
  • When you contact people yourself, you are responsible for following data protection and marketing laws, including UK and EU GDPR, PECR and POPIA, where they apply.
  • How we use your own information as a partner is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. You are independent

You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative. You cannot make promises or enter agreements on our behalf. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture or franchise relationship. You do not have to buy anything to be a partner.

13. Ending the partnership

  • You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected].
  • We can end the partnership with 14 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you break these terms.
  • If we end it without a breach on your part, we will pay commission already earned and, for Wealth Hackers, continue paying on members you introduced for as long as the Partner Programme pays recurring commission.
  • If we end it because you broke these terms, unpaid commission connected with the breach is cancelled, and we may withhold other unpaid commission while we look into it.
  • When it ends, stop using our brand and links.

14. Responsibility

You are responsible for what you say and publish. If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result. We are not responsible for lost commission caused by tracking failures, platform outages or events outside our control. Apart from commission due to you, our total responsibility to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes

We may change these terms, the campaigns or the commission rates. We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the portal before a change to commission rates applies. Changes do not affect commission already earned. If you keep sharing after a change applies, you accept it.

16. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, though please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
